An SMS may not arrive for various reasons. Please check whether you have entered a correct phone number and whether the recipient device is switched on and has network reception. 

It often helps to restart the receiving mobile phone in order to avoid errors on the device. Some devices often have problems with the GSM module or it gets hung up.

If everything was correct, please send us an email to stating the ID of the SMS or the recipient number and the time of dispatch.

Alternatively, you can complain about your SMS at any time in your logbook in your account. To do this, please click on Details and then on Complaint at the respective SMS. Our technicians will then directly see the data of the respective SMS and can intervene accordingly and, if necessary, refund the SMS.
